Nuffield Health Partners with Personalized Care Institute to Offer Online Training • THIIS Magazine

Nuffield Health and the Personalized Care Institute (PCI) this month launched a long-term partnership that provides approximately 3,000 healthcare professionals working at Nuffield Health with access to PCI’s range of online courses as part of of their compulsory CPD.

Backed by an accredited curriculum, PCI courses provide all healthcare professionals, including nurses, physiotherapists, physicians, physiologists and rehabilitation specialists, with the skills and knowledge to place each patient in center of their medical decisions. According to Nuffield Health and PCI, this is proven to improve treatment adherence, reduce rehabilitation time, and improve the experience for patients and clinicians.

The e-learning courses will be the first dedicated personalized care training to be delivered at Nuffield Health.

PCI courses include the Core Skills module, which is the first step in the personalized care training path for each healthcare professional.

Many of the Nuffield Health clinical team also work with NHS teams and many Nuffield Health hospital sites are working closely with their local NHS trusts, so the personalized care approach will reach even more patients through this partnership.
